Girls Beginner 1 Gymnastics: Ages 5 - 8 yrs
The girls in this class will work on basic skills on the floor, balance beam, bars, vault, and tumble track. Beginner girls will also work on basic flexibility, strength, body awareness, coordination, and balance. They'll be rolling, jumping, and swinging their way towards getting the skills required for higher level classes!
Girls Beginner 2 Gymnastics: Ages 8 - 12 yrs
The girls in this class will work on basic skills on the floor, balance beam, bars, vault, and tumble track. Beginner girls will also work on basic flexibility, strength, body awareness, coordination, and balance. Girls Beginner 3 Gymnastics: Ages 12 yrs - up

Girls Bronze
(skill requirements) Required to take class 2x per week
Once your athlete has achieved a specific set of more difficult skills, their teacher will recommend they move into this class. Once they have achieved this level they will work more challenging skills on the floor, beam, bars, vault, tumble track, and conditioning. Girls Silver
