Recreational Gymnastics Coach
Kaitlyn was born and raised in Orlando, FL. She began her gymnastics career at Orlando Gymnastics and was a gymnast here for almost 12 years. During her many years of being a gymnast she competed level 8 and was training level 9 skills. While competing she was the level 6 state all-around champion at this meet she was also the floor and beam champion. Her favorite events to train were floor and beam. Her favorite tumbling pass was a front handspring, front layout, front layout on floor. Kaitlyn has been in the gym most of her life. For many years she helped us organize and coach our annual competitive team tryouts. When her gymnastics career was cut short due to injury, she didn't want to have to leave Orlando Gymnastics. So Coach Kait turned her passion of gymnastics toward coaching. Kaitlyn is a senior in high school and once she graduates she wants to go to college to study either business or pre-med.
Coach Kait loves bringing her knowledge of the sport to help her athletes develop not only the skill, but the same love for the sport that she has had all these years.
