Maia was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Orlando, Florida when she was 2 years old. Maia is actually a former gymnast of Orlando Gymnastics, where she trained for 6 and a half years. She was a competitive gymnast for 10 years, in which time she qualified for regionals 4 times and level 9 eastern nationals.Currently, Maia attends Freedom High School, where she is in the top 5% of her class. She participated in diving for a short time and now wrestles for her school.
Maia's plan for the future is to major in biology and attend medical school. She is so excited to be back at her OG home to share her gymnastics expertise with all of her athletes!
