Carolyn Giordano

Coach Carolyn was born and raised in Westchester, New York. At a young age Carolyn began gymnastics and made it onto the team at her hometown gym where she acquired the team nickname “munchkin”. Carolyn also participated in other sports including tennis,track, lacrosse and soccer. Her most successful sport was tennis, where she made regional championships in doubles varsity tennis. Carolyn first began coaching at CNY Gymnastics Centre in May 2013 where she was a coach for two and a half years. While at CNY she coached all recreational classes, Special Olympics classes, summer camp and also assisted with administrative work.

Carolyn attended Syracuse University and graduated with a B.S. in biology with a track in environmental science, hoping to become an environmentalist. After graduating from Syracuse University in 2014, she was accepted into the Disney College Program and worked in the watercraft transportation department at Magic Kingdom. After the college program ended she enjoyed being in Florida so much that she decided to stay and pursue another degree.

She is presently studying Nursing at both Valencia College and UCF and one day plans on becoming a pediatric nurse. Carolyn missed working at a gym, so she came to join us at Orlando Gymnastics. Her interests include animals, the beach and coaching.
